- single rooms - each single room has a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, dishes and a refrigerator

- suites - each flat has a separate sleeping area, a seating area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The sleeping area has a bed for two persons. In the lounge area there is a sofa which can be unfolded to form an additional sleeping place, a work desk and a table with chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge , microwave , kettle and utensils.
